Photographers rights in NSW, Australia

Andrew Nemeth, a solicitor has an interesting web page on New South Wales photography rights. Its well worth a read for anyone photographing in NSW.
He makes comment on the recent Virgin mobile billboard and Internet campaign that involved "creative commons" pictures appropriated from Flickr and discusses why the ACCC could not act, even when the ads appear to be in breach of the TPA.

After spending some 20 minutes trying to find a URL that wasn't owned by a blog created in 2005 with one post I settled on this one. I know it looks like it was typed by a roomful of monkeys but you get that.
